The outcome of the elections to the Welsh National Assembly Government on the 3rd May 2007 was a 'government of progressive consensus' formed between the Labour Party and Plaid Cymru: The Party of Wales.  On the 27th June this coalition published an agreement between the two groups entitled 'One Wales: a progressive agenda for the government of Wales over the next four years'.
